! DG | DEADLIFT PRO

This is a 10 week deadlift program with two deadlift days a week. It tapers towards hitting a new max at the end and includes a deload week at the end as well. Deadlift Pro was designed to be ran alone, or alongside a squat and/or bench program(s). This program should benefit all levels of experience.

Instructions:

1) You will receive access to an excel file of 'Deadlift Pro'. Save the file to your Google Drive, and then open in your Google Sheets app.

2) From there, you can enter your maxes at the top and the program numbers will automatically be calculated for you.
